CHALLENGE:

To enhance the conference experience for attendees by adding elements that will engage, disrupt, delight, surprise, and ultimately keep everyone energized!

SOLUTION:

We added an on-stage DJ / Emcee Combo that:

• Engaged with the audience, getting them excited
• Made general announcements as required, introduced the main hosts, and interacted with both the hosts and audience when appropriate
• Enhanced the atmosphere with music throughout the day, including playing walk up music for all presenters.

Once attendees were seated, we added a WOW factor to kick things off, a disruptive drumline performance. The room went dark, the drumline surprised everyone by coming at multiple entry points with LED lights on their drums, snaking their way through the crowd, and converging on stage for a highly entertaining and interactive performance.

We added two unique & diverse pump-up sessions to energize attendees after they had been sitting for extended periods.

We added live music options for the Gala and Awards night, as well as a DJ to keep things rocking during the after party.

We provided staging, audio visual, lighting design, and more to ensure we’ve created a WOW presence for the main stage.

CHALLENGE:

IBM’s image was seen as a little outdated, boring & stuffy, they wanted to change the perception of the clients attending their annual event.

SOLUTION:

We added a DJ in the main entrance with club-style lighting and IBM logo lighting, setting the tone right at 9am when guests walked in to register – you could see lighting shining outside the entrance and hear music from the outside of the entrance.

We added a second DJ in the main auditorium with a custom LED DJ booth showing branded visuals. We played music to set the tone as guests were entering, walk up stings, transition music for changing over the stage setup, and during their cocktail hour.

We coordinated an opening Drumline performance that was disruptive, interactive and really got people’s attention, which culminated in a drumroll entrance for the president of IBM Canada to a huge ovation!

CHALLENGE:

Previous year’s kick-off meeting lacked punch and energy.

SOLUTION:

Added an engaging Emcee/DJ on stage to ad lib with the audience and encourage participation and engagement, like seeing what division of Nestle (Confection, Waters, Pet) could make the most noise; play energetic walk up music, introduce speakers, as well as comment on each speakers content, helping re-enforce key messages.

Coordinated a stretch / pump up session midway through the presentations to help sustain energy and engagement.

Coordinated a Chinese New Year Style Dragon entrance for the marketing team.

Coordinated an engaging motivational speaker to further captivate and energize the audience.
